Our apartments range from 676 square feet for 1-bedroom units to 1,071 square feet for 2-bedroom units.

We offer 1-bedroom apartments ranging from 676 to 890 square feet, and 2-bedroom apartments up to 1,071 square feet. All apartments feature spacious layouts with modern amenities.

Payment Details

Rent starts from approximately $979 and can go up to $1,516 depending on the floor plan and availability. Prices are subject to change, so please contact our leasing office for current pricing.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Please refer to your lease agreement for details on grace periods and late fee policies.

We accept online payments through the resident portal, including debit cards, credit cards, and electronic bank transfers (ACH). Once you are a current resident, you will have access to the online portal.

No, utilities are not included in rent. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for all utilities separately.

Yes, there is a $50 application fee per applicant.

Yes, there is a Community Maintenance Fee of $15 and a Valet Trash Fee of $25 per month. Water/sewer/trash and pest control are billed with rent each month.

Qualification

Applicants must have a total household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent (before taxes). We also conduct background checks including credit, criminal, and rental history screening.

Pet Policy

Yes! Runaway Bay is pet-friendly with no breed or weight restrictions. We welcome all your furry pets to stop by the leasing clubhouse!

We allow a limit of 2 pets per home upon approval.

Yes, pet fees apply. The non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent is $40 for 1 pet $60 for 2 pets.

Pets must be leashed at all times, residents must pick up after their pets, and vaccination records must be presented along with a signed pet addendum.

We have a Bark Park (dog park), free pet treats at the leasing office, and pet waste stations throughout the community.

Move In/Out Process

The move-in process ensures all lease, financial, and compliance requirements are completed before a resident receives keys. Staff must confirm the lease is fully executed, move-in costs are paid in full, renters’ insurance and utilities are active in the resident’s name, and the resident is registered in the Resident Portal. The resident is then oriented on portal use, community policies, and amenities, accompanied on a unit walk-through, and instructed to complete the Move-In Condition Form before keys are released.

The move-out process includes assessing the apartment’s condition through a walk-through, documenting damages with photos, and securing the unit. Staff collect all company property, deactivate access, verify final balances, and obtain the resident’s forwarding address.
